Bakuraku Intelligence Updates AI Agent Functions, Supporting Cost Reduction Proposals and Conversational Analysis; Begins Free Provision of 1 ID for Contracted Companies of Eligible Products

LayerX Inc. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director CEO: Yoshinori Fukushima; hereinafter "LayerX") has updated the AI agent functions in its expenditure data management and analysis service "Bakuraku Intelligence," commencing the provision of "Cost Reduction Proposal Agent" and "Analysis Agent." This will enable companies to more rapidly progress from visualizing expenditure information to formulating improvement actions.

Simultaneously, starting May 13, 2026, LayerX will begin offering one free ID for Bakuraku Intelligence to contracted companies of eligible products.

① Function Updates for Bakuraku Intelligence

Bakuraku Intelligence is a service that comprehensively supports anomaly detection, visualization of increase/decrease factors, and proposal of improvement actions, based on expenditure information accumulated through Bakuraku, such as invoice payments, expense reimbursements, and corporate cards. It identifies sudden increases in specific expense items or transactions with suppliers.

With this update, we are newly launching the "Cost Reduction Proposal Agent," where AI presents concrete cost reduction actions and their estimated savings range from expenditure data, and the "Analysis Agent," which allows users to request deeper analysis and report creation in a chat format.

This will enable accounting and finance departments to grasp expenditure status and move more quickly from identifying areas for improvement to considering concrete next steps.

② Free Provision of 1 ID for Bakuraku Intelligence to Contracted Companies of Eligible Products

Starting May 13, 2026, companies contracted for "Bakuraku Invoice Receipt," "Bakuraku Expense Reimbursement," or "Bakuraku Business Card and Extended Functionality Option Plan" will receive one free ID for Bakuraku Intelligence.

This applies to newly contracted companies as well as existing contracted companies of eligible products. The function can be activated by requesting usage application from the product management screen, allowing companies to start analyzing expenditure data and formulating improvement actions with a lower adoption hurdle.

Customers currently using "Bakuraku Invoice Receipt," "Bakuraku Expense Reimbursement," or "Bakuraku Business Card and Extended Functionality Option Plan" can activate the function by registering one user for Bakuraku Intelligence from the Bakuraku shared management screen.
