LangGenius Inc., with its headquarters located at Nihonbashi Front 1F, 3-6-2 Nihonbashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, exhibited at the Japan DX Week "AI & Business Automation Expo," organized by RX Japan Corporation, from April 8 to 10, 2026, at Tokyo Big Sight (3-11-1 Ariake, Koto-ku, Tokyo). The event recorded 51,370 attendees. At the Dify booth, live demonstrations focused on the AI Workflow & Knowledge Pipeline (RAG pipeline), showcasing Dify's visual workflow builder for no-code/low-code AI agent construction. Enterprise features such as flexible chunking strategies, reranking settings, multi-model support, and external system integration were highlighted. A dedicated AI chatbot for Japan IT Week, built in hours using Dify's workflow and RAG with event data, was also demonstrated and actively used by visitors. Through interactions with attendees, LangGenius identified three primary challenges for Japanese companies in AI adoption: 1) The need for secure AI utilization, addressed by Dify's on-premise and private cloud deployment options; 2) Difficulties in internal deployment and ongoing maintenance of AI tools, mitigated by Dify's no-code/low-code approach; and 3) Concerns regarding RAG accuracy and hallucination, which Dify's knowledge pipeline addresses with flexible configuration. LangGenius expressed its commitment to the Japanese market, citing existing clients including NTT, RICOH, Kakaku.com, Kyoshin, and Mizuho Bank, and plans to continue supporting DX promotion through events, content, and partnerships.
