<Survey conducted among 579 men and women in their 20s and 30s> "Textbook for Knowing the Inside of Real Estate Investment" (Operated by: LandSitz Co., Ltd., https://landsitz.biz/), an owned media that distributes information about real estate investment, conducted an awareness survey on savings targeting 579 men and women in their 20s and 30s nationwide.

This survey investigated the monthly savings ratio, total savings amount, and the actual state of asset management. As a result, it was revealed that 55.8% (323 people) effectively have zero savings, combining those who answered "cannot save" and "less than 10%". In the free-response section, many voices cited "No leeway due to high prices" and "Money disappears to student loans and rent," highlighting that the structural low-income level is the biggest wall preventing younger generations from saving. On the other hand, looking at asset management, 43.7% are utilizing the new NISA system, showing a clear polarization with those who actively use the system to prepare for the future.
