22 Facilities Including Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport, Lazona Kawasaki Plaza, and DiverCity Tokyo Plaza: Over 830,000 Votes, More Than Double Last Year! 'Stafes! 2025-26' National Award Winners Announced!

Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President: Osamu Obayashi) has announced the 15 national award winners for 'Stafes! 2025-26,' an award program designed to determine the No. 1 'Oshi' (favorite) staff member at Mitsui Shopping Park LaLaport facilities, Lazona Kawasaki Plaza, and DiverCity Tokyo Plaza. The program aims to create opportunities for individual shop staff to shine and grow, with winners selected based on 'votes' and 'likes' received from customers.

A total of 181 staff members from 22 facilities, including LaLaport, Lazona Kawasaki Plaza, and DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, participated. Through short videos and snapshots, they shared their passion for customer service, their work ethic, and their unique personalities, striving to become the No. 1 staff member. This year, a new 'Food & Beverage Award' was established, attracting participants from various industries and resulting in approximately 830,000 cheers (likes/votes) from customers, significantly exceeding last year's figures.

An award ceremony for the 15 national winners was held on March 12, 2026, at Anniversaire Omotesando, serving as a growth opportunity where staff from across the country could connect and inspire one another.

Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management will continue to hold 'Stafes!' and provide platforms like 'HELLO ROOM,' where staff can share recommendations and the latest topics, to ensure shop staff continue to shine. Please find your favorite staff member!
