Last season, I focused on participating in team management as the team owner, but from this season, I will be involved with the team as both team owner and general manager.
Initially, I had not considered performing duties on-site as a general manager.
However, in aiming for promotion to Division 1 this season, I strongly felt that a presence to manage the on-site operations was indispensable.
