My name is Daiki Hamada, and I have officially taken on the role of General Manager for KAWAGOE BC this season.

Last season, I focused on my involvement in team operations as the team owner. However, starting this season, I will be involved with the team on two fronts: as the team owner and as the General Manager.

Initially, I did not plan to perform duties on the field as General Manager.

However, as we aim for promotion to Division 1 this season, I strongly felt the necessity of someone to oversee operations on the field.

While searching for a suitable candidate, the idea arose internally that perhaps I should take on this role myself to more deeply instill the culture of the club I founded.

I fully understand the difficulties of holding multiple positions.

Nevertheless, I have decided to position this season as a season of "resolve" and have committed myself to this challenge.

I will serve as the bridge between the front office and the field operations, and we will achieve promotion.

Furthermore, I will establish the team's culture.

With these strong aspirations, I intend to fulfill my duties as General Manager.

We will strive to make this a season that delivers the greatest possible inspiration and joy to our partner companies and fans who have always supported us.
