〈Comment from GM Hamada〉 My name is Daiki Hamada, and I have officially been appointed as the General Manager of KAWAGOE BC for this season.

Last season, I focused on participating in team management as the team owner, but from this season, I will be involved with the team as both team owner and general manager. Initially, I had not considered performing duties on-site as a general manager. However, in aiming for promotion to Division 1 this season, I strongly felt that a presence to manage the on-site operations was indispensable.

While searching for a suitable person, the idea was raised within the company that I should take on that role myself, in order to further establish the culture of the club I founded. I fully understand the difficulties of holding concurrent positions. Nevertheless, I have decided to commit myself to this season, positioning it as a season of "resolve." I will act as a bridge between the front office and the field, and we will definitely achieve promotion. And I will establish the team's culture. With such strong aspirations, I intend to fulfill my duties as General Manager. We will make this a season that delivers the utmost excitement and joy to our supporting partner companies and fans.
