Kyoto Night Market LLC will hold the '14th Kyoto Night Market' on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at the Higashi Honganji-mae O-Higashi-san Plaza.

The Kyoto Night Market, which held its first edition in June 2025, will celebrate its first anniversary with this 14th edition.

The theme for the 1st anniversary 14th edition is 'Welcoming the Start of Summer with Lights.'

Colorful LED light balloons will be deployed around the fountain, and the entire venue will be gently illuminated by Kyoto Kitayama cedar lanterns.

This creates a slightly special night where visitors can feel the beginning of summer through lights in early summer Kyoto, just before the rainy season.

Furthermore, as a limited offer for the first 500 visitors, those who purchase a 1,000 yen voucher usable within the venue will receive a glowing bracelet. Visitors themselves become part of the light display, helping to color the 1st anniversary night.
