Kyoritsu Maintenance Co., Ltd. (President: Koji Nakamura, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), which operates over 500 student and company dormitories nationwide under the 'Dormy' brand, will reopen 'Dormy Ichigaya Kaga'—a women-only student dormitory in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo—in April 2026.

This facility is a large-scale women-only student dormitory with 355 rooms. Formerly used as a dedicated dormitory for a single university, our company has leased the entire building and will reopen it as a dormitory accessible to students from multiple universities. Its greatest appeal is its location, which provides optimal access to various universities in Tokyo through multiple transport lines. The interior is equipped with diverse communal facilities to support students' various lifestyles.
