Kyorin University (Mitaka City, Tokyo) will host a public lecture titled "Let's Learn the Basics of 'Gut Health' – How to Improve Your Digestive Health: New Dietary Habits You Can Start Today" on Friday, June 26, 2026, at the Inokashira Campus.

In recent years, the term "gut health" has become increasingly common. However, many people still wonder, "What exactly should I do?" or "How can I incorporate this into my daily life?" In this lecture, Associate Professor Tomoko Ohisa from the Department of Health and Welfare, Faculty of Health Sciences, will clearly explain the importance of gut environment for extending healthy lifespan. She will introduce practical tips such as how to effectively include fermented foods in your diet and simple dietary habits you can start today without difficulty.
