Kyodo Ky-tec Announces Acquisition of Naming Rights for Hikichidai Park in Yamato City

Kyodo Ky-tec Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and President: Tateru Yoshida; hereinafter “the Company”), an environmental equipment manufacturer, is pleased to announce that it has applied for and, following examination, successfully acquired the naming rights for Hikichidai Park in Yamato City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The new nickname will come into use on April 1, 2026.

## Background of Application
Founded in 1950, the Company currently operates three businesses as an environmental equipment manufacturer: the "Busduct Business," which supplies power to large-scale facilities and holds the top domestic market share; the "Floor System Business," which handles system floors for housing power and data cables within floors; and the "Green Infrastructure Business," which develops green infrastructure aimed at improving building insulation and aesthetic appeal. In particular, in our core "Busduct Business," we have established our main manufacturing base in Yamato City and have built a close relationship with the local community over many years through participation in local events and cleaning activities. Hikichidai Park is located a 5-minute walk from our "Kanagawa Technical Center," one of our key facilities, and has long been cherished as a place of relaxation for employees and local residents. As a company that has grown with Yamato City for over 60 years since 1961 (Showa 36), we applied for naming rights with the desire to contribute even more to improving the appeal of Yamato City and Hikichidai Park, as well as to regional revitalization.

The nickname "KYODO KY-TEC MIRAI PARK" embodies our desire to "create the region and the future together" along with our company name. As a naming rights partner, we aim for the nickname to become familiar to local residents and to serve as an opportunity for them to learn more about our initiatives. We also seek to enhance the facility's attractiveness and contribute to the community through various projects utilizing the park.
