Kuriyama Automotive Industry, headquartered with bases in Tokyo, Chiba, and Kanagawa (CEO: Tomohiro Kuriyama), has released the results of a visitor survey conducted after the Japan Truck Show 2026.

88.5% Satisfaction Rate in Visitor Survey In the survey, 88.5% of visitors reported being 'very satisfied' or 'satisfied' with the booth. Interest was particularly high in the 'refurbished trucks,' which are reconstructed vehicles that have traveled over 1 million km; over 70% of visitors cited this as a 'good exhibit.'

Meanwhile, reasons for 'slightly dissatisfied' responses included suggestions such as 'should promote recycled parts more' and 'it would be easier to understand with before-and-after photos of room cleaning,' indicating a high level of interest in the regeneration process and quality creation.

What is a Refurbished Truck? Kuriyama Automotive's 'refurbished trucks' are used trucks that have been serviced, repaired, had parts replaced, and been thoroughly cleaned. They are commercialized not just as clean vehicles, but as 'ready-to-work' trucks that can be deployed again in the field.

Empathy for Vehicle Quality and Circular Models At the venue, visitors observed the vehicles firsthand, focusing on the exterior and interior finish and cleanliness. Beyond mere used car sales, visitors expressed empathy for the company's circular initiative of maintaining and regenerating existing vehicles, with comments calling it 'very good work that properly considers environmental impact.'

Staff attentiveness and communication throughout the exhibition also contributed positively to the visitors' overall satisfaction.
