Background

In recent years, with increasing emphasis on human capital management, An-field considered improving employee engagement, including job satisfaction and motivation to contribute to the organization, as one of its critical management challenges. While An-field had previously worked to improve the working environment through revisions to employment regulations and the utilization of welfare services, the decision to adopt TwooCa was made after evaluating its new mechanism, which allows employees to feel daily benefits and proactively visualize and improve their health status.

Through this adoption, An-field aims to achieve a "third wage increase *2" that supports the enrichment of employees' lives through an approach different from regular pay raises and base-ups, thereby revitalizing the organization and enhancing well-being.

Amid continuous price increases, the initiative of a "third wage increase" has garnered media attention. Overview

With this TwooCa adoption, An-field will promote the digitization of welfare benefits by utilizing the following functions:

Employee ID card function: Adopting a digital employee ID card with an IC chip. This reduces physical card management costs and, by integrating it with payment functions, significantly enhances daily convenience for employees.

TwooCa Mental Check Service: Introduction of a mental check service that uses voice analysis technology to easily ascertain mental health status. By visualizing and accumulating daily mental and physical conditions, it promotes employee self-care and aims to improve overall organizational well-being.

Internal Campaign (Poi-katsu / Point-earning activity): Employees who perform mental checks for 10 or more days per month will be awarded points exchangeable for electronic money usable at international brand card member stores, thereby encouraging habitual health management.

The biggest deciding factor for An-field's TwooCa adoption was the ability to deploy campaigns where employees who regularly perform mental checks are awarded points exchangeable for electronic money upon achieving a certain number of checks. This not only habitualizes health management by encouraging employees to confront their own condition and perform mental checks daily but also directly links these activities to a "substantial increase in effective take-home pay."

Through this mechanism, our company aims to create a beneficial cycle for both companies and employees, where "health-protecting habits lead to substantial value that enriches life."

What is TwooCa?

TwooCa is the general term for various services provided by our company, with main services offered through the TwooCa app, which features an employee/member ID card with international brand card payment functionality. The prepaid card linked to the app can be used by all employees and members (limited to residents of Japan). It also allows for expense transfers and transfers between employees/members.
