(Headquarters: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Hideki Shibata, hereafter "our company") announces that it will co-host a seminar titled "People Thrive, Companies Prosper: Wellbeing Management in the Era of Digital Salary Payments" for operating companies in Aichi Prefecture on Thursday, April 23, 2026, jointly with An-field, a Social Insurance and Labor Consultant Corporation (Location: Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture, Representative Partner: Atsushi Kumagai, hereafter "An-field").

This seminar is hosted by our company, which operates "TwooCa", a service anticipating digital salary payments*. With an eye toward nationwide service expansion, we are partnering with a local labor and social security attorney office. The goal is to support wellbeing management for companies in Aichi Prefecture by introducing responses to digital salary payments and new forms of employee benefits.

[Heading] Background In recent years, with significant changes in the environment surrounding companies, an increasing number of enterprises are focusing on improving employee engagement and health management aimed at strengthening recruitment and human capital management. On the other hand, there are widespread situations where information on the latest digital services and implementation know-how are lacking.

Under these circumstances, An-field, which has responded to consultations regarding HR and labor issues for local companies over many years, observed the current situation where more companies are emphasizing wellbeing management, and considered that strengthening human capital is essential for the sustainable growth and value enhancement of companies. This co-hosted seminar was realized because our company, which has believed that collaboration with community-based experts is important in the expansion of "TwooCa", aligned with An-field's desire to work on supporting wellbeing management.

(hereafter "Siempre"), which provides digital crisis management (such as social media flaming, information leaks, and the spread of misinformation) to companies, and Life Create Inc. (hereafter "Life Create"), which excels in "financial consulting" and "hands-on management support" for small and medium-sized enterprises. Participants can use this opportunity to gather the latest information to address various management challenges, ranging from recent trends and countermeasures for digital risks that directly affect recruitment capabilities, to financial topics that break through financing barriers and strengthen both cash flow and on-site operations from the perspective of a former credit union branch manager.
