Through this anniversary course, available for a limited time of nine days, the company aims to deliver a special time to celebrate its 30th anniversary alongside its customers.

The '30th Anniversary Course' is a special, limited-time offering based on the popular top-tier 'Beef Tongue & Domestic Beef Course', with the addition of red snow crab and eel rice (limited quantity). In addition to Karubi Itcho's signature yakiniku menu items, such as 'Salted Beef Tongue', 'Blooming Salted Beef Tongue', and 'Domestic Beef Karubi', the red snow crab is a premium item carefully selected by buyers from 'Kora Honten', a specialty crab restaurant operated by Kora Co., Ltd. Characterized by its concentrated umami and delicate sweetness, the crab enhances the all-you-can-eat experience when combined with yakiniku. Furthermore, the inclusion of the popular summer delicacy, eel rice, makes this a luxurious offering befitting a 30th anniversary.
