    The 'Keidanren Recommended Internal Newsletter Awards' was established in 1966 to promote internal communication activities that contribute to management, marking its 60th anniversary in 2025. A panel of judges evaluates entries from multiple perspectives, including how well the internal communication strategy reflects the management and social environment, and selects winners for the Excellence Award, Comprehensive Award, Planning Award, Incentive Award, and others.

    In 2025, there were 179 entries across three categories: 'Magazine/Newspaper Internal Newsletter,' 'Web Internal Newsletter,' and 'Video Internal Newsletter.'

    The KONOIKE Group newsletter 'K-style' is published for approximately 25,000 employees in Japan and overseas as a communication tool to increase the number of 'fans' of the company. Its purpose is to contribute to information sharing and the revitalization of communication within the KONOIKE Group by clearly reflecting live information and the thoughts of those on the front lines.

    One of its features is the 'Public Relations Committee,' a specialized team composed of PR representatives selected from various group locations to support the production of the newsletter.
