High School Era: As captain of Shimokitazawa Seitoku High School, she achieved a total of 7 national championships, including winning the Spring High School Volleyball Tournament twice in a row.

V.League: She switched from attacker to setter for Toray Arrows and contributed to the team's three consecutive league championships.

Beach Volleyball: She switched to beach volleyball in 2010, played as a professional, and retired in 2015.

Return to Active Play: In 2026, she participated in the Hong Kong League as a player.

Career Highlights: Experienced being 'Number 1 in Japan' at all stages: elementary, junior high, high school, and corporate team.
