Konami Sports Club to Launch New Personal Program "Training Partner" on July 1

Konami Sports Co., Ltd. will introduce a new personal program called "Training Partner" at its Konami Sports Clubs starting July 1 (Wed). By using fitness poles and increasing conditioning elements, users can more easily engage in personal training.

As times change, values regarding health have also evolved. Fitness clubs are increasingly emphasizing "feelings" such as improved QOL (Quality of Life) and changes experienced in daily life, rather than just "numerical results" that can be measured.

What is "Training Partner"?

"Training Partner," to be introduced this time, is a program that supports QOL improvement, such as "feeling more relaxed" or "moving more easily." Each 30-minute session* begins with conditioning using a fitness pole, followed by the use of fitness machines. It is designed for a wide range of ages, including beginners with little exercise experience, those who want to feel the effects, and those who are hesitant about using fitness facilities.

*First session is 45 minutes.
