"Farming Social CRM" Sales Techniques to Mature Trust on SNS
This online seminar is aimed at business owners who feel the limitations of short-term, "harvesting" sales tactics and want to focus on rebuilding their sales pipeline and thoroughly reviewing existing lists as the autumn business season approaches. This webinar will redefine past lost-sale clients and vast contact lists that remain un-ordered as "hidden assets," and reveal an innovative strategy to re-activate customers with an approach that is overwhelmingly more cost-effective than new customer acquisition. It presents a conversion model to "farming sales" that cultivates relationships while continuously delivering value, by using Facebook DM – a powerful weapon in BtoB scenarios – and providing concrete implementation steps to gradually advance through stages of "awareness, trust, and deepening" while eliminating aggressive sales pitches. In 30 minutes, we will deliver condensed sales methods to stabilize and self-drive sales in the latter half of the year by making SNS function not just as a diffusion tool, but as a device for deep relationship building.

About KOBUSHI BEER Community Sponsor
KOBUSHI BEER Community Sponsor
KOBUSHI BEER Community Sponsor is a partnership system that utilizes the network of 10,000 executives and marketers held by the Shibuya-based craft beer brand to provide high-quality business meeting opportunities through "trust-based referrals" starting from a low monthly cost of 30,000 yen (excluding tax). It goes beyond simple business card exchanges by also providing branding opportunities as "organizers," such as event hosting rights with customer attraction support at their Shibuya Dogenzaka base and posting rights within a closed online community of over 5,000 members. This system achieves a high cost-performance, realizing both brand awareness expansion and practical sales improvement, with past cases achieving an ROI of approximately 15 times.
