The Event Organizer is the Ultimate Customer Acquisition Tool

As the summer sales season and the second half of the year approach, more and more executives are seeking new growth opportunities through networking and redesigning their sales funnels. At this time, the role of "event organizer" is gaining renewed attention as a customer acquisition method that delivers results based on "trust" and "referrals," without relying on advertising or direct mail. In this webinar, we will reveal how taking on the "inconvenient" tasks such as venue arrangements and headcount coordination positions you at the center of the event and rapidly builds referral-based relationships. The key to successful customer acquisition lies in the design of "list × outreach × messaging." We will share practical know-how on segmenting contacts—not just collecting business cards and social media connections—and strategically using email, social media, and individual DMs to boost both participation rates and quality. This 30-minute session is a must-see for executives and marketers aiming to transform networking events into powerful customer acquisition engines.

About KOBUSHI BEER Community Sponsor

KOBUSHI BEER Community Sponsor

The KOBUSHI BEER Community Sponsor is a partnership program that leverages the 10,000-strong network of executives and marketers held by the Shibuya-based craft beer brand. For a low monthly cost starting at ¥30,000 (excluding tax), it provides high-quality sales opportunities through "trust-based referrals." Beyond simple business card exchanges, it offers branding opportunities from the "organizer's side," including the right to host events with customer acquisition support at the Shibuya Dogenzaka hub and the right to communicate within a closed online community of over 5,000 members. This high cost-effectiveness enables simultaneous achievement of brand awareness expansion and practical sales growth, with past cases achieving an ROI of approximately 15x.
