A business succession support system that performs matching between a successor seeker looking for a successor and a successor candidate willing to become a successor, via a regional organization on the Internet, comprising:
a recruitment database that accumulates recruitment information of successor seekers in multiple regions for each regional organization;
a management database that accumulates management information of multiple regional organizations for each regional organization; and
a processing execution unit that performs various processes using the recruitment database and the management database, and displays the content reflecting the processes on the terminal of the successor candidate or the regional organization, wherein the server is provided with a processing execution unit,
thereby enabling the introduction and management of recruitment information on a platform independent for each regional organization, and
each recruitment information accumulated in the recruitment database includes succession patterns consisting of successor recruitment, apprentice/intern, side job/concurrent job, and business transfer, and
the processing execution unit displays on the user's terminal accessing the server a region selection unit for screening recruitment data by region and a succession method selection unit for screening recruitment data by succession pattern, and extracts and displays only the recruitment data corresponding to the region selected by the region selection unit and the succession pattern selected by the succession method selection unit.
