(Head Office: Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture) as of April 1, 2026.

## Background of the Business Transfer
For over 10 years, KJ Internacional has been providing a wide range of human resources services, catering to both foreign and Japanese nationals, primarily in Gunma and other prefectures in the Kanto region.

Union International Co., Ltd., whose business was acquired this time, is a company with a long track record in the industry, having developed comprehensive human resources services primarily in the northern Saitama area for many years. By taking over the customer base and staffing know-how cultivated by Union International, KJ Internacional will evolve into a comprehensive human resources service company capable of responding to a wider range of human resources needs.

## Three Key Strengthening Points through Business Transfer
- 1. Expansion of Sales Area
The sales base will expand from Gunma Prefecture to the northern Saitama area. This will enable the provision of services over a wider area in the Northern Kanto region.

In addition to strengths such as multilingual support and cultural understanding, by combining these with a solid track record in dispatching Japanese personnel, we will establish a system capable of comprehensively meeting the diverse human resources needs of our client companies.

## Opening of KJ Internacional Honjo Office
Following this business transfer, we have newly opened the Honjo Office in Honjo City, Saitama Prefecture.
