Are you experiencing any of the following frustrations?

* Effort and results are not directly linked to promotion or career in your current organizational culture. * Due to a seniority-based organization, hard work does not lead to evaluation or salary increases. * The evaluation system is ambiguous, causing anxiety. * Will I be able to grow in this environment by the time I'm 30? * Society won't change by just providing one-on-one support...

At Kizuki, you can acquire these skills in your 20s:

* Business acumen and sales skills to make support sustainable. * Ability to understand and improve business operations and systems. * Basic business skills in training and management. * Specialized expertise in facing individuals with difficulties. * Ability to create reproducible "support models."

Kizuki allows young people to thrive:

* Absolutely no seniority system. * Evaluation criteria and career paths are clearly articulated. * Effort and results are directly linked to promotion and roles.

Therefore, even in your 20s, you will be entrusted with responsible positions.

Kizuki's philosophy on support:

Support continues to expand only when it is established as a business.

* Model support to create reproducible systems. * Prove the value of support through numbers and results. * The concept of "Empathy = Sales." * Designing to spread individual support to society as a whole.

Recommended for people who:

* Want to provide support based on data and facts, not individualized, ad-hoc support. * Don't want to give up on results and growth. * Want to advance their career in the education and welfare industry. * Are committed to results and numbers, and want to build a career track record. * Want to take on challenges at a company where even young people have the chance to be promoted to manager. * Resonate with the vision of "a society where everyone can restart as many times as needed."
