Hanayurari, a restaurant located within the 'Iyo no Tojiba Kisuke no Yu' hot spring facility operated by Kisuke Co., Ltd., will celebrate its 10th anniversary by undergoing a major interior renovation and a significant menu refresh, reopening on June 12, 2026.

As the dining facility attached to Kisuke no Yu, Hanayurari has served as a place for customers to relax and enjoy meals after bathing or using the sauna. We are celebrating our 10th anniversary with gratitude to our many supporters.

This renovation is our way of thanking everyone who has used Hanayurari for family meals, breaks during sightseeing, after-work drinks, or as a post-sauna meal destination. While keeping beloved classic dishes, we have evolved to cater to a wider range of generations with local Ehime cuisine, casual set meals, snacks for post-bath drinks, and kid-friendly options.

Celebrating 10 Years with Ehime's Best Flavors Hanayurari's mission goes beyond serving food; it's about providing a relaxing moment after your bath. The menu has been overhauled to focus on dishes that visitors to Ehime 'must try' and local residents will appreciate anew. The new lineup includes Uwajima Tai-meshi (sea bream rice), Matsuyama Tai-meshi, Imabari Senzanki (fried chicken), Nan-yo Jakoten (fish cake), and the popular 'Kameya Meat Udon.'

We provide a dining experience that becomes a 'travel memory' for tourists and makes the 'usual post-bath meal' even more enjoyable for locals.

New Signature Dish: 'Ehime-zukushi Gozen' A new standout menu, the 'Ehime-zukushi Gozen,' will be introduced to symbolize this renovation. It is a luxurious set featuring signature Ehime flavors like Matsuyama Tai-meshi, Imabari Senzanki, and Nan-yo Jakoten. It is perfect for visitors who want to try a bit of everything.

Also introducing the 'Hanayurari Matsukado Gozen,' which offers small portions of seasonal side dishes, sashimi, fried items, and grilled foods, ideal for a leisurely meal. Additionally, starting at 6:00 PM, we will offer a 'Daily Dinner Set' with mystery ingredients.

Ehime Local Cuisine Closer Than Ever We have strengthened our regional menu, including the 'Uwajima Tai-meshi Gozen' for fresh sea bream, the 'Matsuyama Kameya Meat Udon Set,' and the 'Bone-in Imabari Senzanki Gozen.' Enjoying Ehime's food culture after a bath or sauna is our unique charm.

Refreshing Everything from Set Meals to Kid's Menus We have also enhanced everyday dining options. For heartier appetites, we have added iron-plate hamburger steak, yurin-chi (fried chicken with sauce), and cheese dakgalbi sets. For those enjoying drinks, we offer roasted char siu, bone-in Imabari Senzanki, fried octopus, and sashimi platters. Our menu now also covers curry, rice bowls, noodles, pizza, pasta, salads, sweets, and kids' meals.

Opening Commemoration: 'Garapon Raffle' To commemorate the renewal, we are holding the 'Hanayurari Renewal Garapon Raffle' from June 12 to June 21, 2026. Customers spending 800 yen or more inside the store can participate in a no-lose raffle, with prizes including meal vouchers worth up to 10,000 yen.
