Kisuke Group Presents Smiles to Children on Remote Islands to Celebrate the New School Term [Ehime Prefecture / Chateraise Imabari Store]

The 'Chateraise Imabari Ekimae Store', operated by Dondobi Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture, President: Matsuhei Yamaji), a member of the Kisuke Group, donated approximately 350 slices of cake on April 22, 2026, to all students of seven elementary and junior high schools on the remote islands of Kamijima Town, Ochi District, Ehime Prefecture, in celebration of their school enrollment and advancement.

An ongoing initiative to support local children since 2023

This initiative is a community contribution activity born from the desire to bring smiles, however small, to children starting a new school year or a new environment. In remote island areas, opportunities to experience stores and services in urban areas can be limited due to geographical reasons. Under these circumstances, this activity has been carried out continuously every year since 2023, based on an employee's idea to deliver familiar joys and special memories to local children, marking its 4th year.

Delivering smiles at the milestone of the new school term in cooperation with Kamijima Town Hall

This donation was realized with the cooperation of everyone at Kamijima Town Hall. It is conducted every year around this time with the hope that children will gather around the cakes with their friends and spend a time full of smiles at the beginning of the new school term. Coinciding with the fresh start of their school life, it also serves as an opportunity for the entire community to support the children's growth.
