(Headquarters: Tennoji-ku, Osaka; President: Takatoshi Kurahashi) will open "(Tentative Name) Kintetsu Senior Residence Gakken Nara Tomigaoka" (hereinafter referred to as "this Senior Residence") in Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture, in the spring of 2027, offering a new lifestyle for seniors.
For over 70 years, the Kintetsu Group has been dedicated to urban development from Gakuen-mae to Tomigaoka, aiming to bring a high quality of happiness to all people who live, gather, and are involved in this town.
Now, with the full strength of the Kintetsu Group, we propose this Senior Residence as a home where seniors can live safely, healthily, and vibrantly.
This Senior Residence will be the first in Kansai (※1) to offer restaurant services operated by a hotel, and will also provide high-quality services such as the first facial recognition system in Kansai (※2), an on-site clinic within the same building, and co-located nursing care rooms.
Today, April 2, 2026, we are launching our website and beginning to accept requests for information. Moving forward, we will open an information salon in June 2026 and begin recruiting residents.
