Kimuraya Sohonten will release three new seasonal products on June 1, 2026. This month features the 'Shudane Hakuto' (White Peach) anpan, made with a white peach bean paste incorporating sauce from Fukushima Prefecture's branded 'Akatsuki' peaches. Alongside this, the early summer lineup includes the colorful 'Edamame Corn Bread' and the 'Lemon Cream Bread,' which features the refreshing acidity of Setouchi lemons. The 'Shudane Hakuto' specifically uses proprietary peach jelly and sauce blended into white bean paste, creating a juicy, fragrant experience reminiscent of eating a perfectly ripe peach. These items will be sold at 24 company-operated stores (not available at the Ginza main store or Kimura Stand).
