Kikkake Creation and OpenWork to Co-host Recruiting and HR Networking Event “OpenWork HR Connect 2026” in Shibuya on June 12

The event is designed as a casual gathering where recruiting and HR professionals can discuss the realities of their work. Participants can freely talk about practical questions they encounter in the field, gain actionable insights, and build new networks with peers who share similar goals. Key highlights include the return of a popular event that recently drew more than 100 registrations, now being held in Shibuya. Because the event is co-hosted by OpenWork, which visualizes the reality of organizations, and Kikkake Creation, which specializes in IT career support, participants can also consult on real recruiting challenges and concerns they currently face. Most attendees participate individually, making the event accessible even for first-time participants. Around 70 to 80 percent of past attendees joined alone, and staff will provide support on the day to create an easy-to-talk atmosphere.
