Kidsdoor Family Support, which supports child-rearing families nationwide, will begin registration for the 2026 fiscal year on Wednesday, April 1st.

Certified NPO Kidsdoor (Location: Chuo-ku, Tokyo / Chairperson: Yumiko Watanabe) will open new registrations for "Kidsdoor Family Support," a program that assists child-rearing households, starting April 1, 2026. This project is an independent initiative by Kidsdoor that began in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and is now entering its seventh year. It provides multifaceted support to stabilize lives and support future potential for all child-rearing households nationwide living with children from age 0 to university students.

[What is Kidsdoor Family Support?] Kidsdoor Family Support is a support platform based on a registration-only database. We provide assistance to ensure that child-rearing households do not become isolated and can connect to the support they need. We continuously deliver support centered on the following four pillars tailored to each household's situation. As of March 2026, more than 5,000 households nationwide are registered.

• Material Support: Free provision of items directly related to daily life, such as food (rice, retort-pouch foods, powdered milk, etc.), school supplies, clothing, PCs, and Christmas presents.

• Information Support: Timely distribution of necessary support information via email and LINE, including benefits, scholarships, administrative support, educational advancement information, and employment information.

• Experience Activity Support: Free opportunities to expand children's experiences, such as watching sports, attending movies and concerts, and nature experiences.

• Employment Support: Supporting household independence and income improvement through job-seeking/career-change assistance, qualification acquisition support, and career support seminars for parents.

Family Support: 2026 Registration Details
