To achieve the hiring target of 30 carpenters, interior, and renovation workers for the graduating class of 2027, the site will provide content to dispel the anxieties and doubts high school students have when choosing a job.

Background and Objectives of the Renewal

In the construction industry, the aging of skilled workers and labor shortages are serious social issues. To address this challenge, further expand our housing development business, and ensure the transfer of technology to the next generation, our group has renewed its high school recruitment site with the aim of hiring 30 high school graduates as carpenters and craftsmen.

Through this renewal, we will further strengthen the recruitment of human resources who will drive these growth strategies of our company.

Initiatives of Our Group

● Direct Employment and Enhanced Training of "Employee Craftsmen"

We directly employ and focus on training craftsmen as "employee craftsmen" of our group, rather than as independent contractors (sole proprietors).

● Comprehensive Support System to Train Professionals from Scratch

We provide basic training before assignment, and after assignment, we have introduced a "Mentor-Mentee System" where seniors provide dedicated guidance, and a "Meister System" which is our unique evaluation standard for technical skills. We have created an environment where individuals can polish "lifelong skills" with peace of mind and thrive for a long time, even with no prior experience.

Key Points of the Renewal

The current renewal has significantly revised the structure from the previous site, evolving it into a site that delivers "messages and information that thoroughly align with the perspective of high school students (Generation Z)." To alleviate preconceptions and anxieties that high school students often have during their job search, such as "Isn't the world of craftsmen strict and scary?", we have newly produced content that draws out the real thoughts of young employees who are close in age.

Furthermore, by visually and clearly illustrating the "growth steps (career paths)" from becoming a professional from scratch, and the secure working environment including 120 annual holidays, the content design is intended to provide peace of mind not only to high school students but also to career guidance teachers and parents. Future Developments

Following this renewal, we plan to release additional interviews with young high school graduates working as carpenters and craftsmen. Our group will continue to actively recruit high school graduates as carpenters and craftsmen to solve social issues in the construction industry and further expand our housing development business.
