KI-Star Real Estate Australia Pty Ltd (KAU), the Australian subsidiary of Kei-Star Real Estate Co., Ltd., and its joint venture company, MunCorp Pty Ltd, have secured a total of approximately 230 residential development lots in the Deanside area, west of central Melbourne, as their second project.

## About the Deanside Area
The development site is located in the Deanside area within the City of Melton, approximately 25km west of central Melbourne. This marks the second development site secured in the Deanside area.
As a growth area in Melbourne's northwest, the district is currently undergoing large-scale residential land development and infrastructure improvements. Easy access to the Western Freeway provides convenient transport connections to the city center, Melbourne Airport, and key employment hubs in the west. With the expansion of residential land, the population is also on an upward trend. Education and public facilities are expanding, and improvements to the living environment—including parks and shopping centers—are progressing, making it an area with high growth potential.
Sales of the previously acquired first Deanside project are also performing well, highlighting the site's strong development prospects.
