"Totsugeki! Namaiki TV" and "Charge!" Launch with New Lineups!

KHB Higashinippon Broadcasting (Headquarters: Taihaku-ku, Sendai) will begin broadcasting its weekday morning information program "Totsugeki! Namaiki TV" and its evening news and information program "Charge!" with new lineups starting Monday, March 30.

Entering its 24th year, "Totsugeki! Namaiki TV" is a community-focused program packed with popular segments, including the live "Depaspa Ichinori!" featuring real-time deals, the budget-friendly "Namaiki Kakaku," and the creative cooking segment "Nama na Kitchen."

Joining existing MCs Akihiko Honma and Misato Abe, Yuka Uchida will serve as a new MC starting Monday, March 30, to energize the program!

Furthermore, the popular Friday segment "Honma-chan Style Dialect Class" will be rebranded as "Today's Dialect 5-7-5," featuring one haiku daily. New projects will also be introduced, including monthly "Miyagi Sugokids" and "Legal Consultation Room" segments on Thursdays, as well as bi-weekly appearances by the comedy duo Nayuta.

"Charge!" is a news and information program that answers what people in Miyagi want to know, covering local news, sports, trending gourmet food, and popular items.

Continuing from last year, the program will feature Yuri Shigenobu, Kanato Suzuki, Hiroki Ueno, and Ami Iguchi, with Shota Komuro joining as a new regular member. Three announcers will serve as casters daily to deliver "easy-to-understand information useful for daily life."

Additionally, the program logo has been updated from the previous exclamation mark to a new design intended to symbolize the "charging" of information.
