Akita City ranks first in livability for the 7th consecutive year. 2nd is Katagami City, 3rd is Misato Town, Senboku District.

○ Akita City ranks first for the 7th consecutive year

Akita City is a city rich in greenery, with commercial facilities and government offices concentrated around the station. It is a highly convenient area, ranking first in 5 out of 8 factors again this year. There are also places for citizens to relax, such as historical sites like Akita Castle and Kubota Castle, which have been developed into parks, making it the number one city for the 7th consecutive year.

○ Nikaho City, ranked 4th, moved up from 6th place last year
