Daito Kentaku Announces 'i-heya net Livability & Most Wanted City Ranking 2026 (Osaka Edition)'

Daito Kentaku Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director, President and CEO: Kei Takeuchi) conducted one of Japan's largest residential satisfaction surveys and compiled the results into the 'i-heya net Livability Ranking 2026 (Osaka Edition)' and 'i-heya net Most Wanted City Ranking 2026 (Osaka Edition).'

■ Top Station for Livability: Bampaku-kinen-koen (3 consecutive years)
Bampaku-kinen-koen (Osaka Monorail Main Line) ranked 1st for the third year in a row, being the only station to achieve an exceptionally high deviation score in the 80s. 2nd place was Minami-Senri (Hankyu Senri Line), which rose from 4th last year. Both top two stations are located in Suita City. 3rd place was Nakanoshima (Keihan Nakanoshima Line) located in Kita-ku, Osaka.

■ Top Municipality for Livability: Fukushima-ku, Osaka City
Fukushima-ku, Osaka City, rose from 2nd place last year to take the top spot this year. 2nd place was Minoh City, and 3rd was Tennoji-ku, Osaka City, for the second consecutive year.

■ Top Station for 'Most Wanted': Umeda A (8 consecutive years)
Umeda A (integrated Umeda, Osaka-Umeda, Osaka, Kitashinchi, Nishi-Umeda, Higashi-Umeda) took 1st place for the eighth year in a row. 2nd place was Tennoji A (integrated) for the fifth consecutive year. 3rd place was Takatsuki A (integrated) for the fourth consecutive year.

■ Top Municipality for 'Most Wanted': Kita-ku, Osaka City (4 consecutive years)
Kita-ku, Osaka City, topped the ranking for the fourth consecutive year. 2nd place was Nishinomiya City for the second straight year. 3rd was the 23 Wards of Tokyo, rising one spot from 4th last year.
