Background of Introduction

Takenaka Doboku faced challenges in creating and managing schedules, where formats and notations varied depending on the client and site, and data was dispersed across various formats such as Excel and PDF. This made it difficult to fully reuse past schedule and performance data. Even when requesting data input from the field, there were limited personnel who could continuously organize and accumulate data for future use, and a system was needed to accumulate schedule information in a unified format within the workflow without increasing the burden on the field.

Against this backdrop, Takenaka Doboku evaluated the ability to digitize schedules into a consistent format, improve the quality of schedule reviews through comparison and reference of past projects, and build a foundation to utilize the accumulated schedule data for future projects. Based on this evaluation, they commenced the PoC for our "Kencopa Process AI Agent." Going forward, we will proceed with phased verification to establish an operational model that continuously accumulates knowledge by promoting the accumulation and utilization of schedule data while minimizing the burden on the field.
