The Sapporo racing meet, part of JRA's summer racing series "Hokkaido Series," is a seasonal highlight that adds vibrancy to Hokkaido's short summer. This year, it will be held over 14 weekend days from July 25 (Sat) through September 6 (Sun).

With this package, we aim to provide racing enthusiasts with an elevated experience in comfortable VIP seating, while offering beginners a relaxed environment for an enjoyable first encounter with horse racing.

We have prepared upgraded rooms on our spacious Superior Floor, allowing guests to unwind in comfort at the hotel while enjoying the races.

Sapporo Racecourse is located just about 15 minutes away from Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo via public transportation, making it easily accessible for hotel guests. Make this year's summer memorable by experiencing the thrilling excitement of Hokkaido's summer racing from the VIP seats.

A horse racing venue where central racing events organized by the Japan Racing Association (JRA) are held.

The second-floor rooftop terrace, stretching 120 meters, offers a refreshing breeze along with scenic views of Mount Moiwa, the city of Sapporo, and the entire racecourse below.

Other attractions include the "Doghouse Paddock," where you can observe racehorses up close from a low vantage point, and the "Turf Side Seat," located near the fourth turn with a sunken viewing area that brings you closer to the ground for an immersive experience of the decisive moments of the race.
