Our company announces that Yoshiaki Shimada will assume the position of Representative Director and President, effective April 1st of this year. Name: Yoshiaki Shimada (born October 7, 1967, 58 years old). Education: Graduated from Rikkyo University, Faculty of Economics in March 1990. Career: Joined Keikyu Corporation in April 1990. In June 2015, became Manager of the Group Strategy Office at the same company. In April 2024, became Senior Managing Director at Keikyu Department Store Co., Ltd. (current). In April 2024, became Head of Planning and Development Division and in charge of PM Business Preparation Office at our company. In April 2024, became Auditor at Keikyu Tomonokai Co., Ltd. (current). In December 2025, became Head of Planning and Development Division and in charge of PM Business Office at our company (current). Furthermore, Shinji Kaneko will retire as Representative Director and President and will assume the role of advisor to our company on the same date.
