[Tachikawa] Towards a Co-working Space That's 'More Than Just Working'. Proposing 'Time to Pause' with Experiential Exhibits Enjoyed with All Five Senses

AGORA Inc. (Headquarters: Machida City, Tokyo; Representative: Nobuki Hasebe), which has been entrusted by Tama Shinkin Bank to operate the co-working space & incubation office me:rise Tachikawa since February 2023, will hold an experiential exhibition event from Tuesday, April 7, 2026, to Saturday, April 18, 2026, in the Challenge Space within the co-working space. This event aims to offer a refreshing experience during daily work and life.

How do we intentionally incorporate 'moments to pause' into our working hours?

In our busy daily lives, the importance of effortlessly incorporating ways to change pace and refresh is once again gaining attention.

Many people might feel the desire to refresh while being caught up in daily work, but time passes without finding the opportunity, or they might feel it's time to update their current refreshment methods.

This project offers refreshment experiences that can be easily incorporated into work breaks, based on the themes of "breathing," "natural materials," and "enjoying with all five senses."

・Honey tasting experience to enjoy natural flavors

・Herbal tea tasting that can be easily incorporated into daily life

This initiative aims to provide "a moment to pause" in a co-working space, not just for work, and to offer opportunities to discover new refreshment methods, as well as new things and experiences.

・Miyoshi Apiary

Pure honey collected from the nectar of wild trees in Kiyama Town, Saga Prefecture, adhering to the principle of "nothing added, nothing removed."

They proudly offer "Miyoshi's Hyakka Honey," a blend of various flower nectars collected during the blooming seasons of mountain cherry, chinquapin, Japanese wax tree, wisteria, and chestnut in Kiyama.

・Tokuji Yakuso (Herbal Medicine)

Tea made from plants growing naturally in Tokuji, Yamaguchi Prefecture.

Hand-picked organic and additive-free herbs from the Tokuji forest are carefully prepared through "natural drying" and "deep roasting."

We introduce a cup that can be enjoyed for its aroma and taste as part of your daily diet.

A device that supports the creation of opportunities to be conscious of your breathing rhythm.

This exhibition was realized through collaboration with the event planning service "onestop" (operated by Yuinchu Inc.).

It is an initiative to expand the co-working space beyond just a place to work, into an "experiential venue" where regions, companies, and people connect.

me:rise Tachikawa has a "Challenge Space" where products can be exhibited and sold, and services can be offered for test marketing. It is available not only to me:rise Tachikawa members but also to the general public.

In addition to its function as a co-working space, it aims to serve as a plaza where local businesses and creators connect, and as a community hub for the region.

Moving forward, we will continue to create a space where people active in the Tama region can meet and new initiatives can emerge through exhibitions, events, and exchange opportunities.

Available from 500 yen per hour.
Temporary use of private rooms is also possible. Recommended for telework or quick web conferences.
Excellent access, located on the 6th floor of Hon-atsugi Mylord 1, directly connected to the station.

Entrusted by Kanto Gakuin University for operation since March 2023.

An open space with glass walls located within the Yokohama Kannai Campus.

Convenient for students and local residents as a telework spot, with private rooms for calls and web conferences.
