【Record High】Kanagawa Central Area Entrepreneur Support Program "AGORA Hon-atsugi Challenger" Completes with 24 Participants in FY2025! 91% Satisfaction, 17 Services Launched, 9 Achieved Incorporation.

Entrepreneur creation hub "AGORA Hon-atsugi" (operated by AGORA Co., Ltd.) reports on the achievements of the "AGORA Hon-atsugi Challenger" entrepreneur support program for FY2025 (full year), which is commissioned by Kanagawa Prefecture.

This fiscal year, a record total of 24 challengers were adopted across the first and second halves. Of these, 17 successfully launched services, and 9 achieved incorporation or business opening (including prospective cases), leading to a continuous emergence of new entrepreneurs invigorating the central Kanagawa area.

■ Key Achievements and Results for FY2025 This fiscal year, we achieved a record-high performance by balancing "maximizing the number of adopted participants" and "improving the quality of commercialization."

### 1. Record High 24 Participants Adopted (12 in the first half, 12 in the second half) Significantly increased from 8 participants each in FY2022 and FY2023, and 18 participants last year, 24 participants were supported this fiscal year. We successfully unearthed entrepreneurship needs in the region.

### 2. Overwhelming Business Progress Rate - Service development completed/launched: 17 participants - New sales generated: 12 participants - Incorporation/business opening: 9 participants - Funding achieved: 3 participants

### 3. High Evaluation with 91% Challenger Satisfaction In the post-program questionnaire, respondents answered "very satisfied (66%)" and "satisfied (25%)" for overall satisfaction. Especially regarding "mentor's hands-on support," the majority of respondents answered "very satisfied," indicating that support tailored to individual challenges directly led to results.

### 4. Holding "Mirai Marché 2026 ~Local Entrepreneurs and Students Color the Future~," a Practical Event Involving the Community As part of this program, "Mirai Marché 2026," a collaboration between challengers and local students, was held on February 7th (Sat) and February 8th (Sun), 2026. A total of 259 people visited the event, providing a valuable test marketing opportunity for challengers to present their services to the market. Providing such opportunities for "practice" beyond just "learning" has led to a high launch rate.
