Keeper Security Launches ServiceNow Integration Application

Keeper Security APAC, a cybersecurity provider known for its zero-trust and zero-knowledge based identity security and Privileged Access Management (PAM), has announced the release of the 'Keeper Security Workflow Application' for ServiceNow.

### Key Integration Features

This integration allows for the direct management of Keeper vaults from ServiceNow's IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog portals. Users can now request privileged access through a governed self-service approach without leaving their existing IT workflows.

- **Access Request Management**: Users can request access to specific records or folders in Keeper vaults via the ServiceNow Service Catalog. Requests are automatically routed to designated approval groups, with full audit logs for every step. - **Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) Approval**: EPM requests from endpoint devices automatically generate Security Incident Response (SIR) tickets within ServiceNow, allowing administrators to approve or reject requests directly in the platform. - **Secure Record Creation**: Administrators and execution teams can securely store database credentials, SSH keys, software licenses, and more directly into Keeper vaults from ServiceNow. - **Record and Folder Search**: Security teams can search vault records or folders by name or UID within the ServiceNow task interface, enabling rapid response to access requests. - **One-Time Share Functionality**: Administrators can generate time-limited, one-time share links for users without granting permanent access to the vault.

The application includes a guided setup feature, allowing administrators to configure MID servers, install the Keeper Commander CLI, and assign approval groups without writing custom code.
