au PAYMENT Corporation has completed its absorption merger with au Financial Service Corporation as of July 1, 2026, and has been newly established under the trade name au Financial Service Corporation.

Through this merger, we will accelerate the unification of our payment business strategy and business promotion, further strengthen service design and data linkage originating from smartphones, and provide diverse financial services that support our customers' lives.
