Background: Why implement an engineer-focused tool company-wide?

'Claude Code' is a powerful AI agent that executes tasks autonomously. KAG is convinced that this 'Agentic AI' capability is directly linked to transforming not just development tasks, but all business processes.

While KAG previously promoted Claude Code primarily for engineers, the company decided on this company-wide implementation to raise the technology literacy of all employees and achieve true 'agile organizational management.'

Utilization and Goals by Department

By having all KAG employees utilize Claude Code, the company will promote greater autonomy and automation.

Management Layer (Accelerating Decision Making) Integrate and analyze internal documents and structured data using Claude Code. Management can perform simulations and data verification for strategic changes without relying on engineers.

HR Team (Data-Driven Organizational Development) Collaborate with Claude Code to analyze engagement scores and recruitment data, and automate evaluation processes. This enables in-house people analytics and agile HR initiatives.

Marketing Team (Automation of Content Generation and Data Analysis) Automate website log analysis and dashboard creation. Marketers can also create promotional content outlines and build simple verification tools themselves.

Design Team (Implementation and Efficiency of Design Systems) Link AI with design data to create prototypes close to the final implementation. This reduces rework and accelerates consensus-building with stakeholders.
