Overview
While AI can handle various tasks, advertising review has long been considered one of the most challenging for AI.
Reviews involve mixed content—images, videos, and text—requiring simultaneous cross-checking against hundreds of guidelines, while also interpreting context and subtle nuances in expression. Moreover, prior review processes relied on email exchanges, resulting in past review knowledge becoming a black box.
To address this, we adopted a hybrid approach: "initial review by Gemini + final human judgment," successfully structuring tacit knowledge previously confined to individuals. We will share this case study, including technical insights, demonstrating how we significantly reduced review time.
