Monozukuri-focused Live Commerce 'BEGINNING LEGACY' to Exhibit at The Lab.

The Knowledge Capital General Incorporated Association (Representative Director: Yoichiro Kawaguchi) and KMO Co., Ltd. (President and CEO: Kazuhiro Sasaki) are pleased to announce that Monoen Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Takahiro Nakamura) will newly join Knowledge Capital and open an exhibition booth at 'The Lab. Everyone's World-Class Research Institute' (hereinafter referred to as 'The Lab.') starting Sunday, June 14th.

'The Lab.' is the core space of Knowledge Capital, where participating companies, universities, and research institutions exhibit prototypes of cutting-edge technologies and research results, and conduct demonstration experiments. Visitors, from children to adults, can enjoy and experience cutting-edge technologies, while participating exhibitors can directly collect real reactions and opinions from the general public to reflect in future product and service development.

Monoen, which is newly participating in The Lab., operates 'BEGINNING LEGACY,' a live commerce business specializing in manufacturing companies, artisans, and creators. Manufacturers' presidents and artisans appear in live streams to sell products by conveying the background of product development, technology, and the creators' passion in real-time.

This new booth at The Lab. will offer a new purchasing experience that satisfies the five senses, allowing visitors to genuinely appreciate and handle Japan's proud manufacturing products. Every Sunday afternoon, artisans from all over Japan will appear to share development stories and their passion for craftsmanship during live 'BEGINNING LEGACY' broadcasts. Visitors can witness the overwhelming passion that fills the venue, experiencing live commerce, usually viewed through a smartphone, as if it were a 'live broadcast.' Furthermore, through conversations with artisans and touching the products, visitors can experience the refined techniques and the stories that have been woven over time.

Knowledge Capital will continue to strive to provide and disseminate new value through various experimental activities with its participants at The Lab.
