Our company endorses April Dream, a project that aims to make April 1st a day for sharing dreams. This press release is the dream of "aisaito."

Maruyoshi Co., Ltd. (Location: Minato-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yoshihiro Takeshima), which operates the marriage agency "aisaito," endorses the PR TIMES "April Dream" project, which designates April 1st as "a day to speak of dreams, not lies." We declare our commitment to realizing a society where everyone can spread the "power of family" to live comfortably with their loved ones. As the first step towards this dream, we will launch a "Workshop for Designing the Future of Family" in the spring of 2026.

Our Dream: From Marriage as a "Goal" to "Lifelong Learning" aisaito's dream is to accompany individuals "from encounter to grave" and eliminate the "this wasn't what I expected" moments after marriage. Modern matchmaking tends to focus on conditions, but marriage is not a goal; it's a starting point for continuously nurturing a relationship. We call this concept "Ikukon" (Nurturing Marriage) and aim for a society where "partnerships that resonate through human connection," such as vocal compatibility and comfortable silence, become commonplace.

Why is this dream needed now? In our own survey of 500 unmarried women, the top quality sought in a marriage partner was "love and compassion." However, many also expressed anxiety, saying, "I can't imagine marriage going well." Furthermore, while reskilling is advancing in the business world, there are almost no opportunities to learn about communication within the "family," which is the foundation of life. Therefore, we aim to popularize "couple reskilling = relearning family communication" through our unique "Family Power Method" based on psychology and human studies, and restore warm conversations to families across Japan.

Realizing the Dream: "Family Driving School" Workshop for Designing the Future of Family This workshop, starting in the spring of 2026, is, so to speak, a "Family Driving School" for aligning one's "self-axis" and "family-axis" before forming a family. Just as one learns at a driving school before driving a car, everyone inherently needs foundational knowledge and practical experience to operate the important community that is family. However, there is no place to systematically learn "how to build a family," "how to maintain distance with a partner," or "how to nurture a relationship while valuing oneself." Therefore, aisaito will create a new learning culture that "nurtures one's self-axis while simultaneously nurturing the family-axis."

【Curriculum Outline】 This workshop will cultivate the "ability to design the future of family" through the following four steps: ● Session 1: Understanding the "Foundation" of Family Inventory one's own definition of family and reconstruct the family values unconsciously inherited. ● Session 2: Designing Self-Axis and Family-Axis Learn boundaries to protect one's individuality and the appropriate distance for comfortable coexistence with a partner. ● Session 3: Envisioning the Future Family Verbalize values and create a "future scenario" for dialogue with a partner. ● Session 4: Practice and Feedback Complete one's own style of family management through one month of practice.

Members' "Dreams of a Self-Designed Family" At aisaito, an increasing number of members resonate with the idea of "designing the future of family with their own hands" and are actually taking steps forward. Here are a few examples:

● "I want to spend time slowly with my family and dog in a house with an ocean view." The daily routine of commuting between home and work is over. This comes from the desire to create an environment where one can live without overexertion.

● "I want to create a home where my children will want to 'come back to'." Because my own upbringing felt a little stifling, I want to design a family where a warm atmosphere flows.

● "Cherish everyday moments! Enjoy a calm yet changing daily life." Dreaming of a future where, like their own parents, they gently support their children while also enjoying their own lives as parents.

These are just a few examples, but the "culture of designing one's own family" is certainly beginning to sprout.

Message from Ai Takeshima, Head of aisaito My career to date has involved supporting people in moments of growth, from launching new businesses to developing human resources. And now, having experienced my own marriage, pregnancy, and childbirth, I am convinced: That the small unit of family possesses the power to support, nurture, and propel people forward.

Both romance and marriage are journeys of self-discovery. It's about living with someone while valuing oneself, rather than losing oneself by overly conforming to the other. I want to spread the fascination and depth of this through this workshop.

No matter how diverse family forms become, what remains in the end is the "power of relationships." We will deliver that power throughout Japan.
