Kawasaki Brave Thunders renews Global Top Partner agreement with Mitutoyo Corporation until the 2029-30 season

Kawasaki Brave Thunders (Headquarters: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President: Wataru Kawasaki), operated by DeNA Co., Ltd., has agreed to renew its "Global Top Partner" agreement with Mitutoyo Corporation (Headquarters: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President & CEO: Shigeyuki Sasaki), a global leader in precision measuring instruments, for an additional four years through the 2029-30 season. This renewal marks a milestone of 10 years in total, including the previous six years, as the chest sponsor on the team's uniforms.

Since becoming an official sponsor in January 2020, Mitutoyo has provided significant support, starting with logo placement above the center hung vision in our home arena. Despite the challenging period of the COVID-19 pandemic, they have been a "Global Top Partner" since the 2020-21 season, featuring the "Mitutoyo" logo on the chest of the players' uniforms. With this renewal, they will continue to serve as the chest sponsor until the 2029-30 season.

Beyond mere advertising exposure, we have jointly created opportunities for children to experience basketball, such as inviting families from Kawasaki City to home games. Furthermore, in the 2025-26 season, Mitutoyo endorsed the "KAWASAKI COLORS FUTURE! PROJECT" promoted by Kawasaki Brave Thunders and Kawasaki City, supporting the "'KAWASAKI' CITY EDITION UNIFORM" initiative. The act of changing the chest logo from "Mitutoyo" to "KAWASAKI" to jointly convey Kawasaki City's message is deeply appreciated as it embodies a strong commitment to co-creating a club that is a source of pride for the region, as a leading global company representing Kawasaki.

Looking ahead to the launch of the new league (B.PREMIER) and the opening of the new arena in 2030, we will continue to vigorously promote global initiatives under the club mission "MAKE THE FUTURE OF BASKETBALL ~Creating the Future of Basketball from Kawasaki~" and the shared aspiration of both companies, "From Kawasaki, to the World."
