Notice Regarding Completion of Refrigerated Automated Warehouse "LOGI FLAG TECH Higashi-Ogishima I"

Kasumigaseki Capital Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Koshiro Kawamoto; hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is pleased to announce the completion and handover of "LOGI FLAG TECH Higashi-Ogishima I," a project for which the Company sourced the development land and formulated the plan, and for which the Company was entrusted with project management services by the developer, Mitsubishi Corporation Urban Development Co., Ltd., with whom we collaborated.

1. Features of this Facility

This facility is a "refrigerated automated warehouse" equipped with an automated rack system, designed to address the chronic labor shortages in the logistics industry and the harsh working environment of refrigerated warehouses.

Located in the Higashi-Ogishima waterfront area, a hub for refrigerated and frozen logistics facilities, and situated approximately 2.0 km from the "Higashi-Ogishima IC" on the Shuto Expressway Bayshore Route, this facility offers high convenience as a distribution base covering the entire Kanto region and a consolidation point for import/export cargo.

In anticipation of the HFC regulations in 2030, this facility adopts a cooling system using natural refrigerants and is an environmentally conscious facility that can supply power using renewable energy by installing solar power generation panels on the roof.
