Kappa Sushi offers limited-time menus tailored to the season to deliver "excitement" that brings smiles to customers' faces, celebrating the arrival of new seasons and everyday dining.

As the season for dining out with family and friends increases before the height of summer vacation, Kappa Sushi will hold the limited-time fair "Kappa's Luxurious Sea Urchin & Ikura Festival" where you can easily enjoy popular sea urchin and salmon roe. The highlight product is the "Nordic Salmon & Ikura" Wrap, made with "Nordic Salmon & Ikura," which is being introduced for the first time at Kappa Sushi. This dish, prepared by mixing with Kappa Sushi's original dashi soy sauce at each store to enhance its compatibility with sushi rice and nori, will be offered for ¥110 (tax included) per piece.
