Kappa Sushi (Kappa Create Co., Ltd. Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, President: Go Yamakado), part of the Colowide Group, will hold a "Domestic Fresh Whole Tuna Dissection Show" using fresh whole tuna from Tsushima, Nagasaki Prefecture, on July 26, 2026 (Sun.) to commemorate the opening of new stores in the Nagoya area.

At Kappa Sushi, we value the joy of choosing sushi in the store, the deliciousness of freshly made dishes, and the excitement unique to dining out with family and friends. This event is being held with the desire to provide our local customers with an even more enjoyable dining experience at Kappa Sushi, especially at our newly opened stores in the Nagoya area.

On the day of the event, two 30kg domestic fresh whole tuna will be prepared for lunch and dinner, and customers can watch artisans skillfully dissect them right before their eyes. You can enjoy a special sushi experience with a sense of event, featuring fresh whole tuna's unique freshness and rare cuts such as cheek meat and kamatoro, which are rarely found in stores.

The dissected fresh whole tuna will be sold in limited quantities at the stores where the dissection show is held.

Kappa Sushi will continue to build stores that are loved by local customers and create plans that offer new enjoyment with every visit, accumulating daily excitement together with everyone.
