Kappazushi "Gocha CAFE" to Launch Two New Authentic Strawberry Sweets Supervised by World-Renowned Pastry Chef Takahiro Komai's "Belle idée pâtisserie!" for a Limited Time

Kappazushi, operated by Kappa Create Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture; President: Go Yamakado), is launching a limited-time collaboration with "Belle idée pâtisserie!", a brand by world-renowned pastry chef Takahiro Komai. This initiative, part of Kappazushi's "Gocha CAFE" sweets brand, aims to provide "a slightly luxurious moment" to customers. The collaboration period is from April 30, 2026, to June 24, 2026. The new menu features the "Premium Strawberry Custard Pudding Parfait," which layers custard ice cream (with vanilla beans) supervised by Chef Komai with Kappazushi's in-house premium pudding, topped with caramel, passion fruit, and strawberry sauces. The "Strawberry and Passion Fruit Panna Cotta" combines Chef Komai's passion fruit sauce with strawberry panna cotta. These authentic patisserie-quality sweets are offered at Kappazushi's accessible prices. The "Premium Cream Cake" will continue to be sold after June 25. Takeout options are also available for the "Strawberry and Passion Fruit Panna Cotta."
